Standing Chest Flyes with Sissel Fit Tube (secured with Door-Attachment)
Securely attach middle of Fit Tube to a stable object behind you (we suggest the Sissel Door-Attachment). Stand with feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent. Hold Sissel Fit Tube handles in each hand. With the elbows almost straight, extend your arms to the sides, palms facing forward. Keeping arms straight, bring your hands together until they meet in front of your chest, palms facing each other. Maintain neutral wrists. Release and repeat.
